Return a product in three steps
Write to us
Within 14 days of delivery, send an email to contact@desbougiespournagel.fr with your order number and the items concerned.
Send the parcel back
We give you the return address. You then have 14 days to send the products back, well protected. Return costs are at your expense.
Get your refund
We refund you using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after your request and once we have received the products. For a full return, the original shipping cost is also refunded.
Conditions
What we accept as returns
Unused, complete products, in the condition in which you received them.
Candles in their original, unopened packet.
Sturdy packaging and, preferably, tracked shipping: the parcel travels at your risk until we receive it.
Damaged parcel or faulty product?
Our parcels are insured against loss, theft and breakage. Write to us as soon as possible with a photo: replacement or refund, we will find a solution at no cost to you.
You also benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, detailed in our terms and conditions of sale.
