Exceptional lot of 26 Hammonia Motard “Vogelflug” (meaning “flight of birds”) candleholders.
Non-reconstituted lot, first hand, in very good overall condition with numerous small marks in the chrome, scratches, bumps… Fortunately, the chrome is very thick on this model.
Our candles are compatible with this model.
Unlike all other modular candleholders, here the candle is placed in the center of the candleholder.
Vintage modular candleholders (Nagel, BMF, etc.) are no longer available year-round.
They will be available only during pop-up sales (one or two per year).
All the lots presented in this sale have been appraised and authenticated as 1970s/1980s candlesticks and not as 2010/2020s reissues. Differences exist, some of which you will find on this page.
Unless otherwise stated on the product sheet, all the candlesticks shown are in very good or excellent condition, there are no bent / repaired candlesticks…
They have all been cleaned and polished to restore their original shine!
Most of the candleholders and accessories are Nagel and BMF brands, but there are also other more exotic brands and models.
When we are unsure of a brand’s attribution, we indicate “brand unknown” so as not to spread misinformation already rife on the web about vintage modular candleholders.
